Step 1: Install Prerequisite Tools
First, tell WorkBuddy to install everything you need. Copy the following passage and send it:

Step 2: Install the Xiaohongshu (RED) Tool
2.1 Download the Xiaohongshu (RED) MCP Program
Open your browser, visit the address below, and download the Mac version:

Choose the version that matches your Mac chip:
- M1/M2/M3/M4 chip(most Macs from recent years) → Download
darwin-arm64 - Intel chip(older Macs) → Download

After downloading, copy the following passage and send it to WorkBuddy:

You need to scan a QR code to log in with your Xiaohongshu (RED) account. This only needs to be done once; the login remains valid for about 30 days。

Method 1: Fully automatic publishing (recommended)
WorkBuddy will automatically write the title, write the body, and find images for you. Copy the text below and change it to your own content:

Method 2: Publish with specified content
If you've already written the title and body, just give them to WorkBuddy:

If you have images ready, just drag them into the WorkBuddy chat box or tell it the path:

❓ How do I find out what chip my Mac has?

❓ What if WorkBuddy says it can't find the file?
If you want to use your own images or videos, first confirm the file path. Copy this and send it to WorkBuddy:

❓ Duplicate hashtags?
Make sure the body text does not contain #话题名 formatted text; pass all hashtags through the tags parameter.
❓ Cookies expired?
Just re-run step 3, "Get login QR code" and "Scan to log in".
❓ Can't find a post I just published?
Newly published posts take a few minutes to a few hours to be indexed for search. This is normal.
❓ Does it support scheduled publishing?
Yes! Just add a time to the publish command:
